VEHICLE AT 12:00 POSITION AT 15MPH, BOTH AIRBAGS DEPLOYED AND DRIVERS AIRBAG CAUGHT DRIVERS COAT ON FIRE AND BURNED HIM. TT
FIRE DEVELOPED FROM THE THUNDERBIRD WHICH WAS SITTING IN THE CARPORT ATTACHED TO THE HOUSE, THE FIRE ADVANCED FROM THE CAR TO THE HOUSE AND KILLED BOTH THE CONSUMERS WIFE AND HER FATHER, CONSUMER BELIEVES THAT FIRE WAS DUE TO A DEFECTIVE IGNITION SWITCH.*YD
MY SON AND HIS GIRL FRIEND HAD A WRECK IN MY WIFE'S CAR, REARENDING ANOTHER CAR WHILE WEARING THEIR SEATBELTS, BUT THE BELTS DIDN'T LOCK, ALLOWING THEM TO HIT THE WINDSHIELD. SEATBELTS WILL NOT LOCK AND HOLD WHEN THROWN FORWARD IN CRASH.*AK
CONSUMER'S VEHICLE WAS A STOP LIGHT AND WAS APPROACHING ANOTHER LIGHT. CONSUMER WENT TO APPLY BRAKES, AND THERE WAS A COKE BOTTLE THAT ROLLED UNDERNEATH BRAKES, AND VEHICLE WOULDN'T STOP. WAS TRYING TO GET ATTENTION OF OTHER DRIVER, BUT SHE WAS A 16 YEAR OLD NEW DRIVER. A VEHICLE HIT HER DEAD CENTER, AND AIRBAG DIDN'T DEPLOY. SHE SUFFERED INJURIES. CONSUMER WANTS TO NO WHY AIRBAG DIDN'T DEPLOY.*AK

VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A FRONTAL COLLISION , UPON IMPACT, THE PASSENGER'S AIRBAG DEPLOYED, RIPPING THE DASHBOARD APART AND BROKE THE SUNROOF. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. *AK
CONSUMER WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY. 55-65 MPH, PRESSED BRAKES HARD, AND SEATBACK AND SEAT BELTS WENT TO THE DASH WITH THE PASSENGER, ALLOWING HER UPPER BODY TO HIT THE DASH. *AK
CONSUMER WAS DRIVING 20 MPH AND REARENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE AT LOW IMPACT, AND DUAL AIRBAGS DEPLOYED. INSURANCE COMPANY FEELS AIR BAGS SHOULD NOT HAVE DEPLOYED DUE THE LOW AMOUNT OF DAMAGE AND SPEED. *AK
WHEN BRAKES ARE JUST TOUCHED, THEY WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO FLOOR BY THEMSELVES THEREBY STOPPING ON A DIME, CONTENTS AND PEOPLE BEING THROWN FORWARD. WE HAVE HAD FORD DEALER CHECK AND THEY "THINK" IT MAY BE MASTER CYLINDER OR VACUUM PROBLEM ,BUT CAN'T REPRODUCE PROBLEM, THEREBY CAN'T FIX. THIS IS A POTENTIALLY VERY DANGEROUS BUT INCONSISTENT PROBLEM! *AK
WHILE DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS AND WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ACTIVATED, THE VEHICLE RPMS GO HIGHER AND CAUSE THE ENGINE TO RACE FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES. ALSO, ONE DAY THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCLEERATED WHILE THE FOOT WAS ON THE BRAKES, AND DROVE INTO A WALL, CAUSING AN ACCIDENT. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION. *AK
CAR WILL DOWNSHIFT AND ACCELERATE UNDER ALL CONDITIONS.I.E. FROM A START OR WHILE AT A CONSTANT SPEED IT WILL DOWNSHIFT AND ACCELERATE.
FAILURE OF THE BRAKE SYSTEMS CAUSED THE CONSUMER TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT. TT
REAR ENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE AT 30 MPH AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. TT
ABS BRAKE SYSTEM, EXPERIENCING LONG STOPPING DISTANCE AND ALSO COMPLETE BRAKE LOSS, RESULTING IN ACCIDENT. TT
