The contact also sustained back injuries and sought medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot, where it was totaled. WE WERE IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND ENDED UP REAR-ENDING A VEHICLE THAT HAD ALREADY STOPPED. WE HIT AT AN ESTIMATED SPEED OF 20-25MPH AND THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. WE WERE TRAVELING AT 45MPH WHEN THE BRAKES WERE HIT. IT SEEMS LIKE THE AIRBAGS SHOULD HAVE DEPLOYED AT THIS SPEED. WE ONLY HAVE MINOR INJURIES, BUT IF THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OTHERS COULD GET HURT BECAUSE OF A SIMILAR ISSUE I FEEL THAT IT SHOULD BE AT LEAST LOOKED INTO. YOU WILL BE BETTER ABLE TO TELL IF THE ANGLE OR THE CRASH OR SOMETHING FAULTY THAT PROHIBITED THE AIRBAGS FROM DEPLOYING.

THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED A COMPUTER MODULE WHICH CORRECTED THE GEAR SHIFTING PROBLEM BUT THE ACCELERATION PROBLEMS PERSISTED. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT IN AUGUST 2014 WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, A SECOND VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE AND THE AIRBAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. BOTH THE DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER SUFFERED HEAD AND NECK INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WAS AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. SHORTLY AFTER MERGING, ANOTHER MOTORIST APPLIED HIS/HER BRAKES. THE CONSUMER APPLIED PRESSURE TO THE BRAKE, BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. THERE WAS NO CATCH, NO GRINDING,AND NO DECELERATION AS THE BRAKE WAS APPLIED. CONSEQUENTLY, THE CONSUMER REAR ENDED THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HER. THE CONSUMER STATED THE BRAKES FAILED TO ENGAGE. HOWEVER, NO PROBLEM WAS FOUND AND ACCORDING TO THE BLACK BOX IN THE VEHICLE, THE BRAKES WERE OPERATIONAL AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT. When the ac on the brake pad will lock and there no brakes you can't push it down it gets hard but when you turn the ac turns off the brake pad goes back to normal but it's damage to be driving and this happen .. Also the trac control light comes on along with the sailablzie light

I just recently had an accident, a deer ran out and hit me and I was going 60 mph. Once we impacted the airbag sensor came on and said airbags deployed. Then the sensor went off but you could smell the powder of the airbags but the airbags did not deploy.

MY SON WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD LAST WEEK AND DASH FLASHED STABILINK AND HE LOST ALL POWER AND FORCES HIM TO TRY TO PULL OVER WHICH HE COULD BECAUSE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP AND BRAKES GOT HARD TO PUSH. A WEEK LATER STABILINK FLASHED AGAIN AND THEN WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD HE HAD TO SLAM ON BRAKES FOR A STOPPED VEHICLE AND BRAKES WOULD WORK AND STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP AGAIN RESULTING IN HIM REAR ENDING THE VEHICLE.
