DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WENT OFF ROAD AND HIT TREE WAS KILLED. UNKNOWN CAUSE OF CRASH MAY RELATE TO AIRBAG EXPLOSION. CAR EXPLODED ON IMPACT UPDATED 12/04/17*BF *CN
the other person jeep tires were sticking out my wife was blind sided by sun glare the only one hurt was my wife since jeep was parked outside on street she was the only one hurt since her right tire hit the jeep tire ,on other side of this narrow street was a plummers van ,the only damage was on my wife very nice vehicle passenger side rim cracked and tire also my wife had to go to hospital with broken funny bone ,we only had liability insurance at that time, geico insurance didn't cover anything we had to pay for all medical bills which I'm still paying, dr. he's opinion seat belt or air bag cause her arm to break even now dr.needs to rebrake her arm again so it could heal right way CESAR CUEVAS 623-910-1708 EM:CEASAR213@MSN.COM ps she didn't have s.t.d. it put us behind 4months of bills and currently still paying thank you
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE MAGNUM. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V313000 (AIR BAGS). WHILE AT A STOP LIGHT AN UNKNOWN VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE FRONT END. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED BACK AND NECK INJURIES AND MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS PROVIDED. THERE WERE NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THERE WAS NOT FIRE. THERE WERE NO REPORTED INJURIES FOR THE DRIVER OF THE UNKNOWN VEHICLE. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 95,000.
"DAKATA AIR BAGS" MY AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY IN A SIDE IMPACT AT 60 MPH I WAS TURNING LEFT WHEN I WAS HIT BROAD SIDE BY A JEEP GOIN IN EXCESS OF 50 MPH. I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY WHEN THIS HAPPENED. WE WERE NOT PROTECTED AT ALL, CAUSING INJURY TO ME AND MY PASSENGER. *DT PHOTOS ATTACHED *JB
ON JUNE 21ST 2017 APPROXIMATELY 9:05AM I WAS COMING OUT OF THE HOSPITAL PARKING LOT AND I WAS HIT ON THE DRIVERS FRONT SIDE OF MY VEHICLE WHILE I WAS AT A STOP SIGN. A WOMAN RAN INTO ME AND A CLIENT OF MINE AS I WAS ON THE JOB! I WAS IN COMPLETE SHOCK! I STAYED IN MY VEHICLE AS I TRIED TO STAY CALM. I GOT OUT OF MY VEHICLE AND CALL 911 FIRST THEN A BYSTANDERED CALLED CAMPUS SECURITY. STATEMENTS WERE TAKEN FROM BOTH PARTIES AS WELL AS PHOTOS FROM THE INCIDENT. AFTER THAT WE WERE TOLD TO GET INTO OUR CARS AND PULL OVER BACK INTO THE PARKING LOT TO CLEAR UP THE AREA. I GOT BACK INTO MY VEHICLE AND STARTED TO DRIVE IT. MY STERRING WHEEL WAS FEELING WEIRD AND FLIMSY- IT FELT LIKE IT WAS BROKEN. I REACHED DOWN UNDER THE STERRING WHILE AND THE LEVER TO LOCK THE WHEEL HAD UNLOCKED. THE IMPACT ON MY VEHICLE WAS HARD.THE DRIVERS AIRBAG SHOULD HAVE DEPLOYED- BUT IT DIDNT. THE WHEEL CAME OUT, BUT NO AIRBAG. THIS WAS EXTREMELY UNSAFE FOR MYSELF AND MY CLIENT WHOM ALREADY HAS DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. I SUFFERED INJURIES AND WENT TO THE HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE INCIDENT.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2005 DODGE MAGNUM. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE ROLLED OVER MULTIPLE TIMES. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE COLLAR BONE AND HEAD, AND MINOR SCRATCHES AND BRUISES. THE FRONT PASSENGER SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES. IN ADDITION, THE THREE CHILDREN IN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE SUSTAINED MINOR BRUISES AND INJURIES. ALL PASSENGERS REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 16V352000 (AIR BAGS) AND 15V313000 (AIR BAGS). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 116,000.
THE VEHICLE WAS I NVOLVED IN A FRONT ON COLLISION AND THE DRIVER AIR BAG NEVER DEPLOYED. IT WAS TURNING LEFT ON TO A ONE LANE TWO WAY STREET. THE OTHER VEHICLE INVOLVED WHEN INTO THE INTERSECTION AND SHOULD HAVE WAITED, I WENT AS IT WAS
AIR BAG WAS DEPLOYED DURING END FRONT END COLLISION. MY SON WAS DRIVING AND HIS ARM SUFFERED BURNS AND A 3 INCH LONG CUT.
THE CAR, AFTER FILLING WITH GAS, SUDDENLY STALLED WHILE DRIVING DOWN A MAIN ROAD. I HAD TO STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD, PUT THE CAR IN NEUTRAL, RESTART IT, PUT THE CAR IN DRIVE, WAIT 2 SECONDS OR SO FOR THE TRANSMISSION TO RE-ENGAGE, AND THEN I COULD MOVE AGAIN. A TRUCK SLAMMED INTO THE BACK OF THE CAR AFTER IT CAME TO IT'S JERKY STOP AND THE ONCOMING TRUCK DIDN'T REALIZE A PERSON WOULD BE STOPPED IN FRONT OF HIM WHERE THERE WAS NO LIGHT OR STOP SIGN. I FOUND OUT LATER, FROM A CAR FORUM, THAT THE 5.7 LITER DODGES HAVE A RASH OF ISSUES WHERE THE CHECK VALVE THAT IS PART OF THE FUEL TANK FAILS AND CAUSES THE EMISSION SYSTEM TO GET WET AND THE COMPUTER GETS CONFUSED SIGNALS CAUSING THE CAR TO STALL (SHORTLY AFTER FILLING THE TANK). I FOUND OUT THAT IT WOULD COST AT LEAST $1000 TO CHANGE THE ENTIRE GAS TANK AS THE ONLY FIX TO THE PROBLEM. I CAN'T BELIEVE THERE ISN'T A RECALL FOR THIS DANGEROUS PROBLEM. LUCKILY THE DAMAGE IN THE CRASH WASN'T SEVERE ALTHOUGH I SUFFERED FROM WHIPLASH AS A RESULT. *TR
TURNING LEFT ONTO ROAD, VEHICLE WAS HIT FROM BEHIND BY TRUCK AND CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO HIT A TREE. AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. DRIVER AND PASSENGER SUSTAINED BODILY INJURY, I.E., FRACTURED RIBS, HEAD INJURY AND SHOULDER INJURY. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE MAGNUM. THE VEHICLE HAS BRIDGESTONE TURANZA TIRES, SIZE 215/65R17. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE BLEW OUT AND THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A GUARD RAIL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT A STATE TROOPER WITNESSED THE ENTIRE ACCIDENT AND FILED A REPORT. HE STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE RIM STRUCK THE CEMENT. THE CRASH DAMAGED THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE DOOR, FENDER, AND BUMPER. THE "A" FRAME (AXLE, SUBFRAME, STRUTS) OF THE VEHICLE WERE REPLACED FOR $4,500. THE CONTACT INJURED HIS BACK AND IS STILL SEEING A DOCTOR. THE TIRES ARE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT. THE DOT NUMBER WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 56,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,950.
MY SON, AFTER EXITING THE HIGHWAY TURNED NORTH ON CHAFFEE ROAD TO GO HOME. HE WENT TO CHANGE LANES INTO THE LEFT LANE WHERE THE ROAD TURNED TO A FOUR LANE ROAD AND, AS REPORTED BY A WITNESS, SMOKE CAME OUT FROM THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE AREA AND THE CAR SWUNG TO THE RIGHT HITTING A POLE. AS WITNESSED, THE VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING NO MORE THAN 25 MPH. THE CAR WAS TOTALED. THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT ON THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT AND THE ENTIRE FRONT RIGHT SUSPENSION BEAT THE CAR TO THE SCENE OF THE CRASH. IT WAS LYING IN FRONT OF THE CAR. IF IT WERE ON THE VEHICLE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN UNDER IT DUE TO THE WAY THE POLE TOOK OUT THE FRONT RIGHT SIDE OF THE CAR ALL THE WAY INTO THE PASSENGERS COMPARTMENT. THE POLICE REPORTED IT AS A MECHANICAL FAILURE.*AK
I HAVE A NEW OR HAD A NEW DODGE MAGNUM I HAD A FRONT END COLLISION THAT DESTROYED THE COMPLETE FRONT OF THE CAR RIGHT UP TO THE FRONT DOORS AND NO AIR BAGS DEPLOYED PASSENGER OR DRIVERS SIDE, ALL FOUR WHEELS LOCKED UP AND I WAS UNABLE TO STEER THE CAR. THE DAMAGE TO THE CAR WAS EXTENSIVE AND MY LEGS WERE CRUSHED BY THE DASHBOARD IMPACT. ALTHOUGH I WAS WEARING A SEAT BELT. *JB
A CAR WITH NO HEADLIGHTS HIT US ON OUR WAY OUT TO DINNER WE WERE QUATER MILE AWAY FROM HOME. WE STOPPED AT THE INTERSECTION AND MADE SURE TRAFFIC WAS CLEAR BEFORE WE PROCEEDED, IT WAS SO WE INDICATED A LEFT TURN AND MOVED OFF. BY THE TIME WE SAW THE OTHER VEHICLE IT WAS TOO LATE, IT HIT US WITH FULL IMPACT AT 100 MILES PER HOUR ON THE LEFT SIDE, NO AIRBAGS WENT OFF. MY BOYFRIEND THE OWNER OF THE CAR RECEIVED A FRACTURED RIB AND HAS PAIN ALONG HIS LEFT SIDE, MY DAUGHTER HAS HEADACHES ALONG WITH PAIN AND BRUISES TO HER LEFT LEG AND SIDE AND I RECEIVED A HIT TO MY FACE ON THE RIGHT SIDE WHICH HURTS IF I TRY TO TURN MY HEAD, PAIN IN MY RIGHT WRIST AND A LITTLE SWELLING AND PAIN TO THE LEFT ELBOW. THE FAILURE OCCURED TO ME WHEN THE AIR BAGS DIDN'T GO OFF. FOR THE TYPE OF VEHICLE WHICH IT IS A 2005 DODGE MAGNUM HEMI ( SILVER) DO WE HAVE A VALID COMPLAINT AND IF SO, HOW CAN WE RECEIVE SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR THE FAILURE OF THE AIRBAGS AND THE PROPER STEPS WE SHOULD TAKE TO MAKE SURE THIS COMPLAINT IS REGISTERED AND WHERE TO GO AFTER RECEIVING SOME KIND OF RESPONSE FROM YOUR WEB SITE. *JB

AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLORE ON A HIGHWAY
TL* TAKATA RECALL. THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE MAGNUM. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, A TREE FELL ACROSS THE ROAD. THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL AND CRASHED INTO THE TREE. THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A STORAGE YARD AND WAS NOT DEEMED DESTROYED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 45,000.
ABOUT 2 MONTHS AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THE 2005 DODGE MAGNUM, THE SEATBELT LIGHT CAME ON. WE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE JEEP/DODGE/CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP IN CARTHAGE, MS WHERE THE CLOCK SPRING WAS REPLACED. ABOUT 10 MILES TRAVELING AFTER LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP, THE SEATBELT LIGHT CAME BACK ON AND THE INCESSANT DINGING FINALLY QUIT. WE HAD THE CLOCK SPRING REPLACE AGAIN AFTER ABOUT TWO WEEKS AS WE WERE TRAVELING. WE TOOK OUR VEHICLE IN FOR THE AIRBAG RECALL AND HAVE HAD THE AIRBAGS REPLACED UNDER RECALL AND NOW HAVE ANOTHER RECALL ON THE AIRBAGS. THE SEATBELT LIGHT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION, BUT WE CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE THIS REPLACED AT OUR EXPENSE AGAIN. WE HAVE HAD IT CORRECTED ONE TIME AT OUR EXPENSE, BUT CANNOT DO THIS AGAIN. I FEEL IT IS INCUMBENT UPON DAILMER CHRYSLER TO RECALL THESE VEHICLES AND HAVE THIS PROBLEM REPAIRED AT THEIR EXPENSE AS THE EVERYDAY CUSTOMER CANNOT CONTINUE TO AFFORD TO PAY FOR A PROBLEM THAT SHOULD HAVE HAD A RECALL ISSUED YEARS AGO. THE SAME PROBLEM CONTINUES TO THIS DAY WITH NEWER VEHICLES THAN OURS. I WAS INVOLVED IN A REAR-END COLLISION ABOUT THREE YEARS AGO AT WHICH TIME OUR BODY SHOP REPLACED THE CLOCK SPRING AGAIN AND IT HAS COME ON AGAIN. I HAD MY BRAKES TO THE FLOOR, THE AIRBAGS DID NOT INFLATE, AND I REAR-ENDED AT ABOUT 25 MILES PER HOUR. THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM AND NHTSA SHOULD RECALL THESE VEHICLES IMMEDIATELY.

THE CAR WILL STALL EVERY TIME AFTER I FILL UP THE GAS.
