2007 POLICE PACKAGE DODGE CHARGER WAS INVOLVED IN A VEHICLE PURSUIT OF A SUSPECTED INTOXICATED DRIVER. AS CHARGER PROCEEDED THROUGH AN INTERSECTION, IT WAS INVOLVED IN A MULTI-VEHICLE COLLISION RESULTING IN A VEHICLE FIRE. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE CHARGER. WHILE THE CONTACT'S SON WAS DRIVING 20-25 MPH, THE BRAKES FAILED TO RESPOND AND THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A LOW WATER BRIDGE. THE EMERGENCY BRAKE ALSO FAILED TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE WHEELS BECAME STUCK IN THE BRIDGE AND THE VEHICLE FLIPPED OVER. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE DRIVER EXPERIENCED SORENESS AND UNDERWENT X-RAYS AND CT SCANS, BUT NO INJURIES WERE FOUND. THERE WERE THREE OTHER OCCUPANTS IN THE VEHICLE WHO SUSTAINED UNKNOWN INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE POLICE OFFICER STATED THAT DUE TO THE FAILURE AND MOMENTUM GOING DOWN THE INCLINE, THE VEHICLE MOST LIKELY STRUCK THE BRIDGE AT A RATE OF 60 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT LOT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 200,000.

ON ANOTHER OCCASION, WHILE DRIVING, AND ABNORMAL SOUND EMITTED FROM THE VEHICLE AS IT SPUN OUT OF CONTROL. AS A RESULT, THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE WHEEL DISENGAGED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL AND CRASHED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PIECES OF THE RIM WERE SCATTERED ACROSS THE ROAD. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED WHIPLASH AND OTHER MINOR INJURIES THAT DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED AND DEEMED DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. I WAS IN A CRASH THAT WAS WORSE THEN IT COULD HAVE BEEN IF THE AIR BAG HAD DEPLOYED THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE I WAS SLAMMED IN TO THE STEERING WHEEL SO HARD IT WHIPPED ME BACK AND FORTH TWICE AFTER I LOOKED DOWN MY AIR BAG RIPPED OUT THE WHEEL AND NOT CAME OUT A LITTLE IT NEVER DEPLOYED THE WAY THE AIR BAG SHOULD MY PASSENGER ALSO WAS SLAMMED HARD IN TO THE DASH BOARD AND THEN HER AIR BAG SHOT HER OFF THE DASH BUT DIDN'T DEPLOY PROPER. AIR BAGS ARE MEANT TO SAVE LIVES AND MY AIR BAG ALMOST TOOK MY LIFE THE PAIN IS IN REAL I COULDN'T WISH THIS ON ANYONE AND NOW I HAVE TO LIVE MY LIFE IN SO MUCH PAIN I HAVE A NEARLY BROKEN NECK WITH ALMOST. EVERY DISK BULGING IN MY NECK AND POSSIBLY BRAIN DAMAGE AND I ALSO HAVE LOST MY JOB AND MY HOME NOW I CAN'T GET HELP AND THE PAIN IS SO NOT FAIR I SUFFER PTSD NOW AND BRAIN INJURY I'M SO LOST RIGHT NOW HAVE SPIN DAMAGE POSSIBLE NERVE DAMAGE AND JOINT DAMAGE ALONG WITH SUVIER HEAD CONCISION POST CONCISION SYNDROME AN MEMORY LOSS ALSO I NOW HAVE MOOD SWINGS I CAN'T CONTROL THIS IS WORSE THEN DIEING I'M HURT SO BAD DUE TO NEGLIGENT PPL

APPROACHING TRAFFIC LIGHT TRANSITIONING FROM YELLOW TO RED, CAR IS COASTING AT 20MPH, PROCEEDED TO STOP FOOT ON THE BRAKE THE BRAKE WAS SOLID AS THE CONCRETE PAVEMENT, THE STEERING WHEEL COULD NOT MOVE. THE CAR DID NOT STOP PROCEEDED FORWARD HITTING THE CAR IN FRONT WHICH WAS A FENDER BENDER, HOWEVER TOTAL LOSS OF A PURCHASED BRAND NEW DODGE CHARGER WHICH HAD GONE TO THE SERVICE CENTER EVERY WEEK AFTER PURCHASING FOR A RESET OF THE COMPUTER SYSTEM JUMPING SKIPPING STOPPING, HOWEVER UN - FINAL ANSWERS IT WAS ALWAYS COMMUNICATED THE CAR WAS FINE AND GOOD TO GO. AS A RESULT OF THE ACCIDENT THE RULING WAS NOT AGAINST ME AS A DRIVER, HOWEVER, AN ATTORNEY WHO SPECIALIZED IN MANUFACTURED DEFECTS WAS A COMMUNICATION AFTER SEVERAL ATTORNEYS LISTENED TO THE CASE BUT DID NOT TAKE ON THE REPRESENTATION. ALSO AS A RESULT NOW 3 YEARS LATER, $35,000 BACK SURGERY, CONTINUED MEDICAL BILLS, PERM DISABLE PERMIT DUE TO INABILITY TO FUNCTION NORMALLY BEFORE ACCIDENT EXCRUCIATING PAIN DAY IN AND OUT. NO HELP NO CAR PERSONAL INSURANCE PAID EVERYTHING / GAP WHEN THE ATTORNEY TOOK CASE COULD NOT FIND THE TOTALED CAR? ....THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THAT. ONE ATTORNEY STATED THE COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE, HOWEVER STATED IT IS A CASE THAT WOULD BE MAJOR. IS ONE'S DEBT AND PERSONAL LIABILITY AS A CITIZEN NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO RECEIVE HELP TOWARDS THIS MATTER? I AM AFRAID I WILL LIVE IN AND SUFFER WITH THIS PAIN IN DEBT TIL DEATH! THE VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED AND NONE OF THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. AN OCCUPANT IN THE VEHICLE THAT CAUSED THE CRASH WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL BY AMBULANCE DUE TO SEVERE INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT IS AVAILABLE. A LETTER WAS SENT BY THE MANUFACTURER STATING THAT THE FRAME WAS NOT HIT HARD ENOUGH TO DEPLOY THE AIR BAGS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000.
FAILURE OF THE ANTILOCK BRAKES AND POWER STEERING RESULTING IN AN ACCIDENT WHERE ANOTHER VEHICLE GOT HIT FROM BEHIND. THE GAUGE CLUSTER DIED UPON IMPACT. THIS WAS A RENTAL CAR FROM ENTERPRISE AND THE CUSTOMER BEFORE HAD JUST TURNED IN THE VEHICLE BECAUSE SHE WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE BRAKES AND STEERING. ENTERPRISE REFUSED TO DOCUMENT THE INCIDENT AS PER THAT CUSTOMER AND THEN PROCEEDED TO GIVE THE VEHICLE TO MY SON FIVE MINUTES LATER. THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN RECALLED FOR ABS CONTROL MODULE SOFTWARE ISSUES THAT MAY CAUSE REAR BRAKES TO LOCK UP. CHRYSLER SAYS THAT NOT THIS VIN NUMBER. *TR

IVE HAD ISSUES THAT I AM REPORTING TO THUS SITE. DEALERSHIP SAID MY VIN DIDN'T MATCH. MY ESP, ABS, AND BAS LIGHTS HAVE BEEN ON FOR 2 YEARS. I WENT TO DEALERSHIP TO INQUIRE ON ECU FLASH WITH NEW SOFTWARE BY RECALL, BUT THE DEALERSHIP SAID ONLY POLICE PACKAGE VEHICLES WERE INCLUDED IN THAT RECALL. IVE RESEARCHED COUNTLESS HOURS TO FIND VERY MANY PEOPLE WHO HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM. NOW I AM NEEDING TO BRING MY CAR IN FOR THE AIRBAG RECALL. FROM WHAT IT STATES ON THIS WEBSITE, MY RECALL WAS ORDERED BACK IN MAY, 2015. THE SECOND TIME WAS DUE TO LOSS OF TIRE TRACTION WHILE PULLING AWAY FROM A STOP SIGN WHILE IT WAS RAINING, CAUSING ME TO SPIN OUT INTO A 180 DEGREES TURN TO WHICH MY TIRES CAUGHT TRACTION AND I ACCELED THROUGH A WHITE PICKET FENCE ON THE CORNER OF THE STREET WHILE MY FOOT FIRMLY JAMMED ON THE BRAKE PEDAL TO TRY AND PREVENT PERSONAL OR EXTERNAL DAMAGE. STILL DAMAGING PASSENGER FENDER AND FRONT GRILLE. I'M CLOSE TO REQUEST OF A DEPRECIATED FINANCIAL REIMBURSEMENT ON VEHICLAL. MY SAFETY, SECURITY, AND TRUST HAS BECOME COMPROMISED.

I WAS LEAVING WORK, AND ENTERING I-285 OFF EXIT RAMP, I SAW A VEHICLE THAT WAS STOPPED AHEAD OF ME APPROX. A QUARTER OF A MILE UP AHEAD OF ME, SO I BEGAN TO APPLY BRAKES TO PREPARE TO STOP AHEAD...AND I REALIZED THAT MY BRAKE PEDAL WOULD NOT MOVE OR GIVE IN TO EVEN APPLY PRESSURE TO BRAKE. I WAS GOING APPROX. 45 TO 50MPH...AND I CRASHED AND REAR ENDED A CAR FULL FORCE WITHOUT ANY BRAKES AT ALL. BOTH AIRBAGS DEPLOYED...IT WAS AWFUL AND THE SCARIEST THING THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. IT RESULTED IN A 4 CAR ACCIDENT. I SUFFERED A BROKEN ANKLE IN TWO PLACES, TORN FOOT LIGAMENTS, AND BURNS FROM AIRBAGS. I AM ANGRY, BECAUSE I FOUND OUT ABOUT SEVERAL RECALLS THAT ARE OUT WITH MY CAT THAT I WAS UNAWARE OF. I HAVE HAD MY CAR SERVICED WITH DODGE ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASSIONS PRIOR TO THIS HAPPENING WITHIN THE PAST 6/7 MONTHS. SOMETHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT THIS...I COULD HAVE DIED!!!!! *TR

MY REAR BRAKES LOCK UP WHILE I DRIVING AND ABS LIGHT COMES ON. IT CAUSED ME TO RUN OFF THE ROAD AND IT STARTED A FIRE.

THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE IGNITION BUT CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE THE FAILURE AND PARKED AT ANOTHER GAS STATION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DRIVABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO HER RESIDENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED AS OF YET. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 190,570.
