1) Front suspension Death Wobble causing loss of control of truck. 2) Lost control of the vehicle running off the road at 70 mph through a fence. 3) Ford has attempted to repair the truck 3 times, the warranty company claimed there is no probem withe the truck the 4th time and declined repair. 4) Pictures have been supplied to insurance, no other inspections. 5) There are no warnings. The first time the issue appears was about 25K miles. I have had my 2019 Ford F250 truck in the shop 4 times for a total of close to 90 days for the Ford Truck Death Wobble. The last time in the shop MPP, Inc. declined to repair the issue. On 9/20/2023, the truck started the Death Wobble causing loss of control and running through a barbed wire fence causing significant damage. Also, Ford has never been able to get the parts to complete the recall during the times I have had the truck in the shop.
I have had in excess of 15 incidents where my truck upon hitting a bump in the road the front right tire began to go into what is referred to as a "death wobble". I took my truck in to have it repaired. The wobble stopped for approximately 2 weeks and then the left tire began doing the same thing. On Dec, 31st driving from Stockton to LA I hit an uneven spot in the highway when I was between a semi truck and a concrete barrier. It caused the semi truck to swing wildly out of control as he swerved to avoid my vehicle as it went into a death wobble sending me withing inches of his cab. My rear finder struck the concrete barrier causing damage to the rear panel. My brother and I could have easily been killed. Ford refuses do do a real on this vehicle and it is risking lives. Additionally my brother in law has the same truck with the same issue. I will never buy a Ford ever again.

I AM FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT REGARDING MY 2019 FORD F250. I EXPERIENCED WHAT IS BEING CALLED THE "DEATH WOBBLE" ON A RECENT TRIP WITH MY TRUCK. WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AT APPROXIMATELY 78 MPH , I HIT A RAISED SECTION OF A CULVERT CROSSING WHICH CAUSED MY STEERING TO BECOME UNSTABLE. THE SHAKING OF THE STEERING WHEEL MADE THE VEHICLE HARD TO CONTROL AND CAUSED US TO HIT THE GUARD RAIL AND CABLE BARRIER. I WAS IN THE LEFT LANE, AND THE BARRIER RUNS ABOUT 3 FEET FROM THE ROADWAY. I HAVE DAMAGE TO THE LEFT SIDE OF MY TRUCK.
MY WIFE WAS DRIVING TO THE STORE AND HIT A SMALL POTHOLE CAUSING THE ENTIRE TRUCK TO SHAKE AND VIBRATE SO BADLY SHE COULD NOT CONTROL THE TRUCK. SHE HAD TO BRAKE VERY QUICKLY AND TRIED TO GET OFF ROAD CAUSING HER TO HIT A TREE BRANCH AND DENTING TRUCK AND CRACKING WINDOW. I HAVE SINCE COME TO FIND THIS TO BE 'FORD DEATH WOBBLE'
VEHICLE STARTS TO SHAKE EXCESSIVELY AFTER HITTING MINOR BUMPS IN ROAD WHEN TRAVELING AT ANYTHING EXCESS 25MPH. DEALER REFUSES TO FIX ACTIVE RECALL FOR STEERING DAMPENER BLAMING FEATHERED TIRES WHICH WE BELIEVE ARE A DIRECT RESULT FROM THE EXCESSIVE SHAKING OF STEERING.
WHILE DRIVING WESTBOUND ON I-10 I WAS ATTEMPTING TO GET OFF THE NORTH BOUND OFF RAMP AND THE TRUCK BEGAN TO "WOBBLE" I HAD NO CONTROL OF THE STEERING WHEEL AND THIS NOT BEING THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS OCCURRED I KNEW NOT TO HIT THE BRAKES. THE TRUCK CONTINUED GOING WEST, I WENT THROUGH TWO MEDIANS AND HIT A SIGN BEFORE STOPPING IN A SOUTH BOUND ON COMING TRAFFIC LANE. THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE DOCUMENTED TIMES WITH TWO DIFFERENT FORD DEALERSHIPS AND THEY WERE ALSO GIVEN A LIST OF OTHER OCCURRENCES. I WAS TOLD THIS WAS CALLED THE 'DEATH WOBBLE" AND THAT IT WAS A COMMON ISSUE. EVERY TIME THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED IN FOR THE ISSUE I WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE ISSUE, THAT POSSIBLY GETTING NEW TIRES OR ALIGNMENT MAY HELP. NOTHING HELPED, I WAS JUST IN ON JULY 30TH FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND THE RECALL I LATER FOUND OUT ABOUT WAS NOT ADDRESSED. WHEN THE ISSUE WAS DISCUSSED WITH JONES FORD I WAS TOLD "LUCKY THING IS NO ONE HAS DIED FROM THIS"
WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH ON THE FREEWAY (POSTED SPEED LIMIT 65MPH) PULLING A TRAILER LOADED WITH 3000LBS OF MATERIAL (TRAILER RATED FOR 7000LBS) THAT WAS SECURED WITH 5000LB TOW STRAP I DROVE OVER A ROUGH PATCH OF CONCRETE IN THE RIGHT LANE. TRUCK FELT LIKE IT WAS ALMOST JUMPING TO THE LEFT, STEERING WHEEL SHAKING VIOLENTLY, I COMPLETELY LOST CONTROL. THE TRUCK VEERED LEFT DRASTICALLY AND I CROSSED 3 LANES OF THE FREEWAY AND SLAMMED INTO THE MEDIAN WALL AT APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH. MORE THAN $15,000 IN DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. IT IS A MIRACLE NO ONE WAS INJURED. *TR
WHILE DRIVING THROUGH THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS ON I-70 AT 60 MPH, A 1000 POUND BOULDER FELL OFF THE MOUNTAIN AND HIT MY TRUCK AT HIGH SPEED ON THE DRIVER'S FRONT WHEEL. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY.
We believe the fuel line came off of the fuel filter. The truck caught fire and went up in flames. There is nothing left of the truck other than the frame. CHP and the fire department came to the scene. They put the fire out and the truck has been taken to the tow yard. Nothing has been inspected yet.
The contact owned a 2019 Ford F-250. The contact stated while driving at approximately 55 MPH, there was smoke coming from the engine compartment. Prior to the failure the "Losing Power" message was displayed on the instrument panel. A fire department report was not filed. A police department report was not filed. No injuries were sustained. The contact used water bottles to extinguish the fire. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the vehicle was totaled. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 51,000.
The fuel line has broken twice now, causing the truck to stall while in motion on the interstate and spill fuel everywhere I know several other 2019 F250 owners, one of which their truck has caught on fire from the same thing Also, when the truck tow truck driver picked me up, they see said yes, we see this all the time Also, Ford has data on this, but has it under a confidentiality agreement and will not release it
My vehicle caught on fire. I had been pulling my trailer and I pulled over to park when my truck began smoking. I attempted to open the hood and the truck was on fire. None of the sensors activated and I didn’t have any indication the truck was overheating.
