PURCHASE A SET OF PIRELLI P4 TIRES DOT XL 886A 3017 195/65R15 SIX MONTHS AGO AND KEPT GOING BACK TO FIX THE TIRE. IT KEPT LOOSING AIR AND GOING FLAT. SO AFTER THE SIX MONTHS PAST I HAD A BLOW OUT OF THE SAME TIRE THAT WAS GOING FLAT. AND IT ALMOST KILL ME.

The contact stated while the driver was idling in an intersection and making a left turn, another vehicle crashed into the front passenger side of the vehicle causing it to turn 180 degrees during the impact. The air bags did not deploy. The bumper detached during the crash. The vehicle was towed to the residence. A dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the driver sustained a fractured wrist and whiplash that required medical attention via the hospital. A police report was filed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 135,000.
The contact owns a 2008 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that while driving approximately 10 MPH a second vehicle crashed into the front driver's side of the vehicle. During the crash, the front driver's side air bag deployed and the contact sustained multiple fractured ribs and a left ankle injury which required medical treatment. The contact indicated that upon the vehicle's impact, the air bag did not immediately deploy and was delayed contributing to the rib injuries sustained. A police report was taken at the scene. The vehicle was destroyed and towed away. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The local dealer was not notified. SEATBELT DIDN'T TIGHTEN UP INITIALLY DURING A WRECK CAUSING MORE EXTENSIVE INJURY. THEN TIGHTENED UP SNATCHING PASSENGER INTO SEAT FROM MIDAIR CAUSING ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. VEHICLE WAS GOING STRAIGHT AND WAS HIT BY A CAR WHO RAN A LEFT TURN ARROW ON A CITY STREET. WRECK WAS UNDER 50MPH BUT PASSENGER HAD EXTENSIVE DAMAGE DUE TO SEATBELT MALFUNCTION. .
OCTOBER 9, 2017 I WAS REAR-ENDED, HIT AT 35 MPH. THIS HIT I WAS SITTING. I WAS SIDE SWIPED AT 40- 45 MPH, MOVING AT THIS TIME. I WAS AGAIN REAR-ENDED AT 50- 55 MPH, STOPPED. AND THEN I WAS BACKED INTO, IN THE FRONT END OF MY CAR AT 20-25 MPH. HOW COME NO AIRBAGS GO OFF?
I HAVE HAD FAILURE TO DISCLOSE ISSUES WITH THIS CAR. I HAVE HAD AN ACCIDENT IN WHICH THE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY AND BRAKE HAD DIFFICULTY. I HAD A BAD ACCIDENT AND HAVE REACHED OUT TO TOYOTA TO WITHER REPAIR MY CAR OR SETUP RENTAL OR MAKE A PAYMENT FOR RENTAL. I DO NOT WANT TO DRIVE THIS CAR UNTIL REPAIRED, THEREFORE RENTING FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS

FAMILY INVOLVED IN A REAR-END COLLISION WHERE THE THE AIR BAG HOUSING CAME OUT OF THE STEERING COLUMN BUT THE BAG ITSELF DID NOT DEPLOY. THE HOUSING SWUNG AROUND DURING THE WRECK AND HIT THE DRIVER'S ARM RESULTING IN MINOR INJURY (BRUISING). I AM A POLICE OFFICER AN HAVE WORKED DOZENS OF WRECKS AND HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS HAPPEN. I CONTACTED TOYOTA ABOUT IT AND THEY SAID THAT THIS IS SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS ALL OF THE TIME WHICH I AM DOUBTFUL OF. COROLLA SLID OFF ROAD IN THE RAIN AND TIPPED INTO A DITCH WHERE IT HIT SEVERAL TREES. ONLY THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR FRAME AIR BAG DEPLOYED. NONE OF THE OTHERS DEPLOYED. CAR WAS TOTALED AND DRIVER (SOLE OCCUPANT) SUFFERED A SEVERELY SEPARATED SHOULDER (REQUIRING SURGERY), CONCUSSION, TBI, TWO SPINAL FRACTURES, FACIAL LACERATIONS, AND SEVERE BRUISING INCLUDING BRUISED LUNGS.
I WAS DRIVING IN THE COUNTRY WITH MY DAUGHTER. I WAS DRIVING SLOW BECAUSE I HAD NEVER DRIVEN THAT ROAD BEFORE AND THERE WAS A SPEED LIMIT 30 AND THE 45 MPH. THERE WAS A STOP SIGN WHERE I NEEDED TO TURN RIGHT. I STARTED SLOWING DOWN BUT THE CAR WOULD COMPLETE THE STOP. SO, I TURNED RIGHT AND THE CAR SUDDENLY ACCELERATED AND GOT OUT OF CONTROL. IT WAS ACCELERATING AND MOVING LEFT AND RIGHT LIKE CRAZY. I TRIED TO HOLD THE STEERING WHEEL TIGHT BUT I WASN'T ABLE TO DO THAT BECAUSE IT WAS OUT OF CONTROL. THE BRAKES DIDN'T WORK EITHER. THERE WERE SMALL HILLS ON THE BOTH SIDES OF THE ROAD THAT'S WHY THE CAR KEPT DRIVING FROM SIDE TO SIDE. PROBABLY 3000-4000 FEET FROM THE STOP SIGN THERE WAS A BIG IRON GATE LEADING TO THE PASTURE. MY CAR KNOCKED DOWN THE WHOLE GATE AND KEPT MOVING INTO THE PASTURE. FINALLY THE CAR HIT ANOTHER POLE AND A FENCE AND STOPPED. THE CAR IS TOTALED. FORTUNATELY I DIDN'T SUFFER ANY SERIOUS INJURES EXCEPT I SUFFERED CONSTANT HEADACHES FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND MY DAUGHTER HAD LONG SCRATCHES ACROSS HER THROAT FROM A SEATBELT. THIS IS A MIRACLE THAT WE ARE ALIVE. IF IT HAD HAPPENED ON A HIGHWAY, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN REALLY BAD. TWO OF OUR CHURCH MEMBERS DROVE 2 MINUTES AFTER ME SO THAT I RECEIVED HELP FROM THEM. THEY DIDN'T WITNESS THE CRASH BUT THEY SAW WHERE IT HAPPENED, HOW THE PLACE OF ACCIDENT LOOKED LIKE, AND LONG MARKS THAT MY CAR LEFT ON THE SIDES OF THE ROAD. ALSO, I GOT A POLICE REPORT WHERE IT SAYS THAT THE DRIVER DIDN'T DO ANYTHING IMPROPER AND THERE IS A MAP OF THE PLACE OF THE ACCIDENT ATTACHED. I HAVE CONTACTED TOYOTA AND HAVEN'T HAD ANY RESPONSE YET. FIRST THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID THAT IT TAKES THEM 30 DAYS TO MAKE A DECISION, LATER HE SAID THAT IT'S 60 DAYS. THE INSPECTOR CAME AND GOT THE CDR DATA FROM THE CAR. HE DIDN'T EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO ME BUT HE EMAILED A CRASH DATA FILES AND SAID TO WAIT A CALL FROM TOYOTA. *TR

2008 TOYOTA COROLLA LE, DRIVEN BY 5'2" FEMALE, APPROXIMATELY 125-130 LBS. VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A DRIVER'S SIDE, OFFSET, FRONTAL IMPACT CRASH WHILE TRAVELING AT ~30 MPH. OTHER VEHICLE MADE LEFT TURN IN FRONT OF THE COROLLA. THE DRIVER'S AIRBAG DEPLOYED. THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY. THE DRIVER WAS WEARING HER SEAT BELT, WHICH LOCKED ON IMPACT. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED A FLEXION-DISTRACTION FRACTURE OF HER CERVICAL SPINE AND IS NOW QUADRIPLEGIC. THE VEHICLE WAS TOTALED AND NOT REPAIRED. *TR

I HAD AN ACCIDENT LAST DECEMBER 27, 2012. I WAS DRIVING 40-45 MPH ON A TWO-WAY STREET AND HIT A LARGE SIZED DONKEY. THERE WERE AT LEAST 5 OR 6 BIG DONKEYS ON THE ROAD THAT SHOWED UP FROM NOWHERE. MY AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. MY WINDSHIELD WAS DAMAGE. THE FRONT SIDE OF THE CAR WAS DAMAGED AND THE INSIDE PARTS TOO.. THE CAR WAS A TOTAL WRECK. THE MILEAGE ON THE CAR WAS AT LEAST 130, 000 MILES. I GOT BRUISES AND SOME CUTS ON MY HANDS. IT WAS VERY TRAUMATIC AND SCARY. THINKING THAT AIRBAGS WILL PROTECT ME DURING A CRASH BUT IT FAILED. I CAN SEND A PICTURE OF MY DAMAGED CAR IF REQUESTED. *TR
