WHEN THE DRIVER SUDDENLY WOKE UP AND ATTEMPTED TO AVOID CRASHING INTO A TREE THE VEHICLE ROLLED OVER. THE DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BELT FRACTURED AND FAILED TO RESTRAIN THEM. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE DID NOT SURVIVE THE CRASH. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATELY FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 26,000.

A CUT OR SLASH ABOVE MY LEFT BROW ABRAISIONS TO MY NOSE CUT ON FACE AND UPPER LIP BRUISED CHEST FOR 5-6 WEEKS OF PAIN & EXPLOSION BLEW OUT THE BACK OF A FRONT TOOTH CROWN & LOOSENED 3 OTHER FRONT TEETH AS WELL AS CRACKING MY BRIDGE TO THE UPPER RIGHT IF MY MOUTH! RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE 2 DAYS AGO REGARDING THE AIRBAG I WAS FURIOUS! NOBODY COULD UNDERSTAND HOW I SUFFERRED ALL THOSE INJURIES. MY INSURANCE DID NOT COVER MEDICAL. THE CONTACTS HUSBAND STRUCK HIS WIFE, CAUSING HER TO SUSTAIN TWO BROKEN LEGS. THE VEHICLE DROVE STRAIGHT THROUGH THE GARAGE KNOCKING OUT THE BACK WALL. HE PLACED THE VEHICLE IN REVERSE AND THE ENGINE'S RPMS INCREASED. THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED BACKWARDS AND CRASHED INTO THE GARAGE. HE PLACED THE VEHICLE IN DRIVE AND THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED ONCE MORE. HE CRASHED INTO THE FENCE AGAIN AND THEN INTO AN 400-POUND MILLING MACHINE THAT WAS STORED IN THE GARAGE. THE MILLING MACHINE STOPPED THE VEHICLE ONCE AND FOR ALL. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED BRUISES ON THE LEFT LEG. THE WEATHER WAS DRY AND SUNNY AT THE TIME OF FAILURE. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE ACCELERATED SPEED WAS UNKNOWN. FIAT CHRYSLER AUTOMOBILES FCA US JEEP ALSO MADE A FRAUDULENT CLAIM THAT IS A COVER UP FOR THE DEFECT THAT CAUSED THE FIRE. My back rear control arms/suspension/alignment were recalled, I had them replaced. Now My front control arms/suspension/alignment are very unsafe to drive. Wobbly, unstable, loose, noises, screeching. It Feels like it’s going to break/snap/fall off. Yes my vehicle is available for inspection. I feel unsafe on turns especially. It could snap at any moment and my Jeep could roll injuring me or others. I had a tire/allignment center check the status. No warning lights or messages. The sound and issue has been going on since I got my jeep recall fixed. The dealership hit the front of my Jeep in the parking lot and still has not taken responsibility for their actions and damages done to my Jeep. It was evaluated from Jeep’s body/auto shop estimating at outer damage 1,500$ + and they have not inspected the damage caused to the control arm/suspension/alignment from the employee hitting me Jeep into something moments before returning my Jeep from a recall-fix. Jeeo still has yet to take responsibility for the damages caused. I have not felt safe since then. The steering has been wobbly, the turns make noise and shudder like the wheel is going to break off/fall off or worse snap. I have tried numerous attempts to get these issues resolved with Jeep Liberty of San Diego Camino del rio s. With no responsibility taken from them for the damages they have caused making me Jeep unsafe to drive.

PULLING OUT OF A PARKING SPACE AND THE FRONT BALL JOINTS HAD DISINTEGRATED CAUSING THE CONTROL ARM TO BREAK AND THE TIRE TO COLLAPSE ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE. THE LEFT PASSENGER SIDE IS ALSO DISINTEGRATING AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. WE ARE TOLD THAT OUR VIN WAS NOT COVERED IN THE RECALL BUT THE FAILURE WAS EXACTLY AS STATED IN THE F23 BULLETIN. CAR IS UNSAFE.
