THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED PREVENTING ME FROM HAVING CONTROL OF THE STEERING WHICH RESULTED INTO ME HITTING THE BACK OF ANOTHER VEHICLE CAUSING A ROLLOVER ACCIDENT ON A CITY STREET AND MY CAR IS TOTALLY DAMAGED

AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT CRASHED THE VEHICLE INTO THE REAR OF ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT NOTICED SMOKE EMITTING FROM THE ENGINE. IT WAS UNKNOWN IF A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED OR IF ANY INJURIES WERE REPORTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 81,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE AIRBAGS/SIDE AND FRONT ARE DEFECTIVE FOR MY VEHICLE? AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE STRUCK A POLE ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED HEAD AND NECK INJURIES THE REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A TOW LOT AND DEEMED DESTROYED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
RIGHT NOW I HAVE THE SERVICE ESC AND SERVICE TRACTION LIGHT ON AGAIN FOR THE 3RD TIME. I TOOK EACH TIME TO CHEVY CLASSIC IN GRAPEVINE TX AND THEY TOLD ME NO CODES THE 1ST TIME, TOOK IT TO CLAY COOLEY IN IRVING--LIGHT CAME ON THEN NO CODES THEY SHOWED. TODAY 4-15=16 LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN AND I TOOK IT TO CLASSIC CHEVY AND THEY FOUND 3 CODES THIS TIME. THEY SAY I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS! I SHOULD NOT SINCE THERE WAS AN OPEN RECALL ON 5/14/2014 FOR 2010 MALIBU'S. MY CAR IS DOING THIS NOW !@!!@ IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED AT NO CHARGE TO ME!! I FEEL LIKE THIS IS THE MOST DANGEROUS CAR ON THE ROAD FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER. I ALSO HAVE AN EPS RECALL LETTER THAT WAS SENT TO ME BUT SOMEONE AT CHEVY TOLD ME THE LIGHT HAS TO COME ON FOR THEM TO FIX IT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. MY CAR NEEDS TO BE FIXED FOR ALL THESE PROBLEMS IT HAS NO MATTER IF THE LIGHT IS ON OR NOT. THEY ONLY LUBRICATED AND SHE CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS WITH THE BRAKES, SERVICE LIGHT AND ESC LIGHT. ALSO, THE FRONT AXLE WAS LEAKING.

I WAS T-BONED BY ANOTHER VEHICLE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF MY CAR AND THE AIRBAG DEPLOYED ON THE PASSENGERS SIDE DOOR AND HIT MY DAUGHTER IN THE FACE. THE AIRBAG HAD FIBERS AND SUCH ON IT THAT WAS IMBEDDED IN MY DAUGHTERS EYE. SHE HAD TO HAVE SURGERY TO GET IT OUT. *TR

THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A BROKEN HIP, NECK AND FOOT AND BACK INJURIES AND THE FRONT PASSENGER SUSTAINED CHEST, BACK AND SHOULDER INJURIES AND BOTH REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. BOTH VEHICLES WERE DESTROYED. THE FAILURE HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000.

THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND AS THE CONTACT APPLIED FORCE TO THE STEERING WHEEL, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO A TREE. THE AIR BAGS ONLY PARTIALLY DEPLOYED. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED SEVERE INJURIES AND THE JAWS OF LIFE WERE USED TO REMOVE AN INJURED PASSENGER FROM THE VEHICLE. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. I WAS TRAVELLING SOUTH ON A 4 LANE ROAD THAT HAS A TURN LANE IN THE MIDDLE. MY 2 RIGHT LANES WERE STOPPED SO I PROCEEDED INTO THE TURN LANE TO MAKE A LEFT TURN. JUST AS I WAS ABOUT TO MAKE MY LEFT TURN A CAR CAME ACROSS THE STOPPED LANES AND PROCEEDED TO PULL I FRONT OF ME TAKING OFF THE ENTIRE FRONT OF MY CAR. THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY AND I HIT MY CHEST ON THE STEERING WHEEL CAUSING SEVERE PAIN IN MY CHEST. I AM SURE THAT MY TRAUMA WOULD HAVE BEEN LESS SEVERE IF THE AIRBAG HAD DEPLOYED. *TR

AS A RESULT OF THE IMPACT, THE CONSUMERS WIFE SUSTAINED A VERY SERIOUS CLOSED HEAD INJURY WHEN HER HEAD STRUCK THE WINDSHIELD, DESPITE THE FACT SHE WAS A WEARING HER SEAT BELT AND THE VEHICLE WAS EQUIPPED WITH FRONTAL AIR BAGS THAT DID NOT DEPLOY. AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT, THE CONSUMER WAS STOPPED AND DESPITE THE FACT, HE WAS APPROXIMATELY 1/2 TO ONE CAR LENGTH BEHIND THE OTHER VEHICLE. THE FRONT OF THE CONSUMERS VEHICLE STRUCK THE REAR OF THE OTHER VEHICLE MOVING IT AFTER IMPACT. THE VEHICLE WAS DECLARED A TOTAL LOSS.
